Excel Loading Systems TL-544 Variable / Extended Reach Top Loading Arm. Top loading arm with extended reach for vehicles that cannot be accurately spotted. Vertical range 50° (park) to -20° (loading).
Standard dimensions: 3" and 4" A = 84", B = 48", C = 30" (2" consult factory).
Standard features: XL-1.0 heavy-duty swivel joints, easy-adjust enclosed spring-cylinder balance, Material Test Reports available, 100% domestic standard components, 5-year limited warranty on XL-1.0 swivels.
Materials of construction: carbon steel, carbon/stainless, carbon/aluminum (316 stainless and other materials on request). Seals: Buna, Viton GFLT, FEP (Teflon-encapsulated); others on request.
Pipe sizes: 2", 3", 4" and 6" (flange-to-centerline dimensions on the quote drawing).
Top-loading options: vapor recovery hose and plate, level probe, lockdown device, parallel device, vacuum breaker, operating handle, ground straps, shut-off valve; right- or left-hand, up-feed or down-feed.
To quote, send FMS: product and viscosity, temperature, pipe size, max/working pressure and flow rate (GPM), materials and seals, truck or rail, splash / sub-surface / tight-fill (top loading), supply piping from below, side or above, right- or left-hand, accessories, and rack dimensions (riser centerline to tank opening min/max, riser height, platform height, overhead clearance).
