The Fusion4 Multistream Controller Additive (MSC-A) is an intelligent hazardous-area controller for high-accuracy additive injection in oil storage and distribution terminals. It controls up to 24 additive streams simultaneously, automatically correcting injected volume across injection cycles to deliver on-spec additive in every transaction, and communicates with up to six preset controllers or SCADA/HMI/TAS systems for whole-bay injection management. It offers the highest I/O count in the Fusion4 family with expansion packs, a Calibration Wizard with 60-second configuration and storage of up to 240,000 transaction records.
