The Smith Meter LT-11 Repeat Batch Meter Package fills 200-liter drums at high speed. It combines a T-11 rotary vane PD meter with a mechanically linked three-digit batching counter and SP2S valve, a T2A-1 combination air eliminator/strainer, hose and nozzle. The operator starts each batch by actuating the linkage, the counter counts down to zero, and the valve shuts off automatically; an interrupted batch can be completed by manually presetting the remaining volume. The air eliminator stops flow whenever air is present and restarts it once the air is vented.
