The Sigma3 Flow Computer is a rack-mounted, multistream flow computer for fiscal measurement, custody transfer and batch loading of petroleum liquids and gases. It supports industry-standard gas and liquid measurement calculations and integrates with a wide range of flow meters. A modular rack accommodates up to six flow computers, and the I/O module is compatible with existing FPM207CE hardware to avoid cabinet modifications. It runs on a Linux operating system, and the Sigma3 software can also run as a virtual flow computer on any PC when hardware I/O is not required.
