The Fusion4 MultiPak is a complete multi-stream additive injection system that combines Mono-Block additive metering and control manifolds with the Fusion4 Multi-Stream Controller for Additives (MSC-A). It monitors additive volumes across up to 12 streams (expandable to 24) to keep the additive ratio correct throughout every transaction, and it communicates with up to six master devices such as load computers for whole-bay injection management. Highlights include high I/O density with expansion packs, multiple diagnostics dashboards, a Calibration Wizard with 60-second configuration, live field firmware upgrades and up to 120,000 stored transactions.
