Smith Meter Mechanical Set-Stop Valves give automatic, predetermined shut-off of liquid. They mount directly on Smith rotary vane PD meters and work with the 300C Series mechanical set-stop (preset) counter for two-stage batch control: the flow rate is reduced before final closure to prevent line shock and give precise delivery. Closing speed is field adjustable, and no external power or air is needed. A valve linkage adaptor links the valve to the counter; tie-rod extensions allow operation with a counter on a rigid extension up to 10 ft.
