The Promass 83E is a cost-effective Coriolis mass flowmeter sold in the Smith Meter / TechnipFMC Coriolis family: a balanced two-tube Promass E sensor with the Proline 83 transmitter. It measures mass flow, volume flow, density and temperature of liquids and gases (oils, lubricants, fuels, liquefied gases, solvents, compressed gases) with no moving parts, is insensitive to vibration and piping forces, and needs no inlet or outlet straight runs.
