The INVALCO Model 4200 is a programmable, intrinsically safe flow rate indicator and resettable totalizer in a NEMA 4X weatherproof, corrosion-resistant polycarbonate (Luran S) enclosure. It accepts frequency or pulse inputs from a wide range of flowmeters and displays rate and total in engineering units. It mounts directly on the flowmeter (swivel stem), on a wall with a pivoting bracket, or in a panel. Versions: battery powered with scaled pulse output, or loop powered with a 4-20 mA rate output.

How to read the model code
Example: 4200-30. Read the code left to right; each position selects one option:
Base: 4200 field-mounted rate/totalizer
Mounting (first digit): 1 = standard weatherproof wall mount / panel mount; 3 = standard weatherproof swivel meter-mount stem, 1" FNPT
Power / output (second digit): 0 = battery (lithium) powered, pulse output; 1 = loop powered with 4-20 mA rate output
Bulletin issues to confirm with the factory: the features list states CUL/UL intrinsic safety, but the loop-powered 4-20 mA section says "CUL/UL Pending" and is footnoted "Non UL Approved"; the intro and specs describe an 8-35 VDC powered scaled-pulse version, but the model designation only covers battery (x0) and loop-powered (x1) versions; and the loop accuracy is printed as 0.01% of total +/- 1 count.
