The Smith Meter Model SC-13 is a 2-inch, single-case, straight-through rotary vane positive displacement meter with a ductile iron housing, used for blending, batching, dispensing, inventory control and custody transfer of oils, solvents, chemicals, paints, fats and fertilizers. Its unrestricted, low-velocity flow path gives very low pressure drop and minimal slippage, and it is NCWM approved from 3 to 150 GPM, which makes it a good fit for biofuel blending (NTEP CC 95-054A4).
