The Fusion4 MiniPak is a single-stream additive injection package that combines the industry-standard Mono-Block additive metering and control manifold with the Fusion4 Single-Stream Controller (SSC-A). The controller continuously monitors injected volume to hold the correct additive ratio at every point in the transaction, reducing over-delivery. Features include configurable I/O, a Diagnostics Dashboard, a Calibration Wizard that records weights-and-measures calibration data, 45-second configuration and live field firmware upgrades with the LAD.
