The Smith Meter PRIME 4 is a 4-inch, single-case positive displacement meter built for truck loading racks and custody transfer of gasoline and oxygenates, ethanol, kerosene, diesel, jet fuel and fuel oils. It has only three moving parts and a direct dual-channel pulse pickup, so there is no mechanical drive train or packing gland to maintain. Polyketone blades and journal bearings give long-term stability between provings.
