The INVALCO Series 510 is a double-port back pressure valve with external sensor line for vent lines from separators, treaters, dehydrators, compressor stations and gas gathering systems. Ductile iron body and cover, soft plug for positive shutoff, and RNCE adaptable for sour service. Valves are factory set at the midpoint of the specified spring range.

Bulletin issues to confirm with the factory: the dimension notes say "Cg 1,200 - Cv 36 is for fully opened valve" (the Series 507 values), which conflicts with the Cv/Cg in the ordering table; the upper spring range is 60-125 psi in the specifications but 60-100 psi in the ordering table; the temperature and containment lines both carry the ** footnote while the *** "limited by elastomers" note is unreferenced; and some millimetre conversions in the dimension table are wrong (RDFG-201 C = 8.0" printed as 213 mm, D = 3.4" printed as 29 mm).
